I have been a road warrior for the better part of 40 years and have used livery services all over the globe; some good, and many very bad experiences.  Now semi-retired, I booked 5 Diamond and David for a short trip from the Airport to the Sheraton because I am night blind and utilizing taxis or ride shares is difficult for me.  I also was concerned about arriving late.  My flight was extremely delayed and I only arrived at FSD at 3AM when the original time was 9:30PM the previous evening  David kept track of the flight, and was waiting for me when I arrived; friendly, courteous and much more awake than I was.  Stellar service at a very reasonable price!  I highly recommend 5 Diamond and will always use them when I am in Sioux Falls.

Hired this service for transportation to the airport as a special treat for my daughter and I. Our driver was completely professional in manner, dress, and assistance. The vehicle was immaculate, inside and out, and conversation was easy. My daughter has had car service previously, and this was my first; we were both blown away by the experience ~ way beyond what I expected!!
